Trade Wings Appoints Mark Portu as President and Chief Operating Officer

PORTSMOUTH, NH – June 21, 2010 – Trade Wings, a global Reuse Optimization℠ technology, consulting and outsourcing partner to the largest Telecom manufacturers, carriers and operators, today announced that the company has appointed Mark Portu as President and Chief Operating Officer. The addition of Mr. Portu, who brings more than two decades of experience leading innovative organizations in dynamic industries, further strengthens the company’s management team and extends Trade Wings’ ability to capitalize on growing global demand for sustainable supply chain strategies.

The market for these solutions evolved rapidly during Mr. Portu’s tenure and under his leadership the company emerged as the vendor of choice for Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, Mr. Portu was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Open Text, which is widely recognized as the leading provider of enterprise content management software, and served on the Board of Directors at eCopy. Mr. Portu is currently a board member for Boston-based ServiceCEO.
