Trade Wings’ Chief Executive Officer and Founder Todd Adelman is passionate about driving business model innovation within the Telecom industry. With more than 20 years of supply chain and asset management experience, Todd leads a number of strategic initiatives designed to establish Trade Wings as a trusted authority on the development and implementation of Reuse Optimization strategies for network assets. An energetic entrepreneur, Todd was Founder and President of Blue Fin Technologies, a global distributor of printed circuit board components, and founded Blue Fin Systems, a local Internet service provider, which was acquired by Ultra Net Systems in 1996.

Mark Portu, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mark Portu is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record for driving innovative companies toward their long-term strategic objectives. Throughout his more than 20 year career, Mark’s leadership and vision have helped fuel revenue growth and competitive differentiation within dynamic industries. Prior to Trade Wings, Mark served as the President and CEO of The FeedRoom, a pioneer in the delivery of enterprise video and digital assets. Under his direction, The FeedRoom emerged as the vendor of choice for Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Open Text, which is widely recognized as the leading provider of enterprise content management software, and served on the Board of Directors at eCopy. Mark is currently a board member for Boston-based ServiceCEO.

Michael Johnson, Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Michael Johnson applies his expertise and knowledge of the Telecom industry to oversee the development and ongoing enhancement of Trade Wings’ global systems and product delivery processes. Working closely with the company’s clients, Michael specializes in helping devise best-practice strategies that allow customers to optimize the full value of their network assets. Prior to joining Trade Wings in 2004, Michael served as Director of IT and Operations at Hideaways International, a global online travel community, and was Director of Engineering for Blue Fin Technologies, driving the operations and systems for large outsourced service and support contracts with global manufacturers such as Intel and Hitachi.

Ed Mitchell, Chief Technology Officer
With more than 30 years’ experience in the Telecom industry, Trade Wings’ Chief Technology Officer Ed Mitchell possesses a unique understanding of the business challenges facing today’s carriers and OEMs. As CTO, he leverages this domain expertise to shape Trade Wings’ vision for the role of technology in driving business model innovation. Prior to joining the company, Ed co-founded Granite Systems, where he led the development of its Inventory and Service Resource Management product suite. With deployments at more than 50 carriers around the globe, Granite was acquired by Telcordia Technologies in 2004, where Ed served as CTO of the NextGen Systems business unit. Most recently, Ed was a partner at Cane Systems, a Telecom consulting firm dedicated to the practical implementation and integration of OSS solutions.

As Chief Customer Officer, Lisa Clark directs the company’s market positioning and customer growth worldwide. With nearly 20 years of experience in competitive, high-tech industries, Lisa specializes in developing and executing impactful, strategic initiatives that build market leadership, fuel global expansion and increase corporate and customer profitability in new and emerging market categories. Prior to Trade Wings, she held senior leadership positions with The FeedRoom, Bottomline Technologies, Centra Software and Avid Technology, playing an instrumental role in helping these global technology companies establish awareness and revenue growth within Fortune 1000/Global 2000 accounts.

Jon Dalton, Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, Jon Dalton leads Trade Wings’ global sales force, emphasizing Reuse Optimization solutions to lower equipment costs, drive profit and create greener supply chains. Having worked closely with large, multi-national corporations throughout his career, Jon possesses a unique understanding of the challenges brought about by globalization and focuses on fostering long-term relationships that generate ongoing client value. Prior to joining Trade Wings in 2009, Jon served as the Director of Sales for Bottomline Technologies, establishing and sustaining highly successful and profitable relationships with some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Jim Merecki, Vice President, Finance
Trade Wings’ Vice President of Finance, Jim Merecki directs the company’s worldwide finance and human resources operations. The expertise he has acquired during a more than 20-year career enables him to develop and implement the financial analysis and planning, and treasury management processes critical to Trade Wings’ ability to execute against its growth strategy. During the course of his career, Jim has held finance positions with public and private organizations, including Venture Corporation and Orvis. Before joining Trade Wings in 2001, Jim oversaw all aspects of the accounting function for GreenPages, a software and services consultancy firm.
