Todd Adelman, Founder and CEOWith more than 20 years of asset management experience, Todd's leadership has established Trade Wings as a trusted authority on the development and implementation of more profitable telecom network asset management strategies. An energetic entrepreneur, Todd was Founder and President of Blue Fin Technologies, a global distributor of printed circuit board components, and founded Blue Fin Systems, a local Internet service provider, which was acquired by Ultra Net Systems in 1996. In 2010, he was recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as "NH Business Person of the Year." |

Mark Portu, PresidentMark is an experienced senior executive with a track record for driving innovative companies toward their long-term strategic objectives. Throughout his career, Mark’s leadership and vision have helped fuel revenue growth and competitive differentiation within dynamic industries. Prior to Trade Wings, Mark served as the President and CEO of The FeedRoom, a pioneer in the delivery of enterprise video and digital assets. Under his direction, The FeedRoom emerged as the vendor of choice for Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Open Text, and has also served on the boards of eCopy and ServiceCEO. |

Michael Johnson, Chief Operating OfficerMichael applies his expertise and extensive knowledge of the telecom industry to help the company’s clients devise best-practice strategies for realizing the full value potential of excess and deinstalled network assets. Prior to joining Trade Wings, Michael served as Director of IT and Operations at Hideaways International, a global online travel community, and was Vice President of Engineering for Blue Fin Technologies, driving operations and systems for large outsourced service and support contracts with global manufacturers such as Intel and Hitachi. In 2011, Michael was recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine among global supply chain 'Pros to Know.' |

Management Team
Frank Zehnder, Vice President of Sales, EMEA and Asia-Pacific
A telecom industry expert with 30 years of international business experience, Frank is responsible for establishing and managing strategic carrier and OEM relationships in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Prior to this, Frank was the founder and managing director of Kalatec GmbH, a telecom consulting firm. Kalatec became a strategic partner to Trade Wings in 2009, and was responsible for establishing relationships with network operators such as Telenor Group. Prior to Kalatec, Frank served as co-founder and managing director of Bellatrix Consulting GmbH, and held several strategic sales and technical management positions with Alcatel-Lucent.
Jim Merecki, Vice President of Finance
Jim directs the company’s worldwide finance and human resources operations. With 20 years of experience developing and implementing financial analysis and planning, and treasury management processes, his skills are critical to Trade Wings’ ability to execute its growth strategy. Jim previously held finance positions with public and private organizations, including Venture Corporation and Orvis. Before joining Trade Wings in 2001, Jim oversaw the accounting function for GreenPages, a software and services consultancy firm.
Billy Balfour, Director of Business Development
Billy has built successful business development and marketing programs for global companies for more than a decade. With diverse vertical industry and technology market experience, his strategic initiatives drive awareness for Trade Wings' services within the telecom industry. Prior to joining Trade Wings, Billy served as director of corporate communications at Bottomline Technologies, where he leveraged industry relationships to introduce the company’s products and capabilities into new growth markets.
Dan McCarthy, Director of Global Service Operations
Dan is responsible for coordinating logistics, warehousing and system operations related to client projects around the globe. Prior to joining Trade Wings, he served in a variety of product development and project management positions at Digi International, a leader in networking technology devices, in both Germany and the U.S. Before Digi International, he led supply chain management teams for several networking technology start-ups, including Windata and Xyplex.
Ian Saalfield, Director of Software Engineering
Ian leads the technical development and continuous improvement of global systems and software tools for service delivery. The management and delivery of product, market and asset disposition intelligence in a single Web platform provides a unique differentiator for Trade Wings over other service providers. Prior to joining Trade Wings, Ian held architecture integration and software development roles with Liberty Mutual, Hubcast and BrassRing.
