PORTSMOUTH, NH -- August 22, 2011 -- Trade Wings today announced that the company has been named for the second year to the Inc. 500/5000, Inc. magazine’s annual ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private businesses. Trade Wings is a leading global innovator of software-enabled services for the creation of profitable Reuse Markets in global telecommunications.

“In challenging economic times for our industry, we are delighted to be listed among the nation’s top growth companies. It is our mission to assist telecom OEMs and carriers improve the bottom line through comprehensive reuse strategies,” said Todd Adelman, Founder and CEO of Trade Wings. “As the telecom industry undergoes unprecedented technological change, the speed and volume with which network assets are being turned over has further increased demand for our software and services.”

Trade Wings’ innovative self-service Reuse Cloud®, Re:source Visibility, enables telecom service providers to manage the provisioning, disposition and daily material flows of rapidly evolving network infrastructures more profitably. Through shared visibility of multi-vendor assets at every lifecycle stage, this award-winning platform helps executives optimize telecom technology reuse, resale and recycling decisions for maximum financial gain.

For the first half of 2011, approximately 70 percent of Trade Wings’ revenues were derived from outside of North America as telecom carriers and operators in key regions undertake extensive infrastructure upgrades to grow and compete. Today, Trade Wings conducts business in 60 countries across six continents, a 33 percent increase over 2010.

Earlier this year, Trade Wings was recognized by two other leading business and technology publications for its role in helping Telenor, one of the world’s largest, multi-national wireless operators, to advance the sustainability, asset value recovery and reverse logistics processes related to a nationwide network upgrade in Norway.
